This is a test to see if I can build my wine knowledge by actually giving reviews to the wines that I drink. I have been told that actually going through the cognative process of thinking about the wine and its components will help cement the taste and impresseions left by drinking the wine.

- It is often said that historic preservation makes no economic sense. If the community that wants to save old buildings gets together with with a company that wants to do the work and has experience doing it, most of the time a project can get done and make economic sense. While thinking about what I wanted to do to save old buildings I created the Historic Preservation Development Company. The idea was to combine preservation with peer to peer lending. Often, banks will not lend on houses which have no furnaces and need roofs. From their point of view, and from their perspective, this makes perfect sense. It is hard to sell a house without a furnace. We will therefore skip the bank and use investor funds to save buildings while giving the investors a fair return (10%) for doing something they would like to see done anyway.
